You can reach us directly at: parkerrollo12@gmail.com

We aim to review and respond to inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.

What is worth telling us

• An exchange showing a price that does not match its own official site.
• An exchange you actively use that is not listed on our board yet.
• Any layout issues, broken elements, or display bugs on mobile or desktop.
• Suggestions for new features or general feedback.

Reports of incorrect exchange rates are prioritized immediately to maintain data accuracy.

What we cannot help with

NairaRate is an independent rate comparison tool and not a cryptocurrency exchange or financial broker. Issues related to deposits, withdrawals, trades, or frozen exchange accounts must be handled directly with the respective exchange's official support team.
